Landon Wellman

Landon Wellman is a broker at Hageman Realty, focused on farmland and complex agricultural transactions across Indiana.

Landon was raised in Clay County, Indiana, and farms with his father today. Before joining Hageman, he spent 18 years at Caterpillar in product support and sales roles. That combination of active farming and corporate operations experience lets him analyze complex situations from both the land side and the business side.

Landon holds an Engineering degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He’s married with two children and spends his time farming, fishing, and following basketball. He’s based in Cory, Indiana.
