Shad Schenck

Shad specializes in recreational and farm real estate. Shad’s outdoor passion and agricultural background help him to look at properties in a more creative way than just a farm.

Shad spent 17 years professionally bass fishing and has developed many wildlife habitat properties including whitetail, waterfowl, turkey, dove and fishing.  Shad is also very knowledgeable in hunting and fishing club formats and has successfully developed them.  Shad Has strong rooted relationships with many farmers throughout central Indiana from his 28 years of seed sales experience helping farmers.  Shad brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.

Shad has a degree in Agribusiness Management from Purdue University.
