Hinnerk Wolters, Broker

Hinnerk Wolters is a broker at Hageman Realty, based in Lebanon, in Boone County. He works farmland, farm management, and complex agribusiness deals across Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin, and he holds the firm’s Wisconsin license, so when a listing or an investor conversation touches that state, Hinnerk leads.

He grew up farming and has spent 25+ years managing crop farming, seed production, and livestock operations, and since 2015 he’s led farming and ranching operations directly. That hands-on experience sits underneath every deal he works.

He’s fluent in German and partners closely with Sara on Hageman’s European investor relationships, a connection that brings overseas capital to Midwest farmland. He holds a Bachelor’s in Farm Management and a Master’s in Agribusiness from Purdue, plus an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
