Kyle Scott

Kyle Scott is a broker at Hageman Realty, focused on recreational, hunting, timber, waterfowl, and farmland properties across Indiana and Illinois.

Before joining Hageman, Kyle spent 7+ years as a video producer in the outdoor industry, helping produce top outdoor shows, short films, and commercials. The work gave him access to some of the best whitetail properties in the country and time with the property managers who built them. He carries that practical knowledge into every recreational transaction.

Kyle currently manages hunting farms in Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky, taking properties from start to finish to meet the landowner’s goals. He earned his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Kentucky, which informs his evaluation of terrain, access, and infrastructure. Married with two children, Kyle spends his time hunting, golfing, and in the woods. He’s based in Zionsville, Indiana.
