Sara Hageman Schenck, ALC

Sara is Managing Broker at Hageman Realty and the fourth generation of the family to lead the firm. She focuses on farm real estate, commercial transactions, and farm management. She holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the REALTORS Land Institute and is licensed in Indiana, Illinois, Arkansas, and Texas.

She earned her Agricultural Business Management degree at Purdue, then worked in international real estate while based in Europe. She still talks regularly to European investors who look at U.S. farmland as a long-term hold.

Sara is part of her family’s farming operation. When a client talks about row crop yields, tenant relationships, or what a wet spring does to planting timing, she’s drawing on what she does most weeks of the year. She works out of Hageman Realty’s Remington, Indiana office.
